Recipients

Note: even if you have selected a user to receive notifications, whether they actually receive email or text notifications depends on how they have configured their contact preferences.

To choose who will receive notifications when a condition occurs, click the + icon to the right of the recipients list:

This will bring up a Select Who to Notify dialog. In this dialog you can select users and groups to notify. Selected users and groups will have a green checkmarkicon at the right; clicking on a user or group toggles its selection.

When you are done, press OK to confirm the selection:

You may also remove recipients by clicking the icon next to them:

However, note that your changes won't be saved until you click OK in the notifications table:
